Yoghurt Sauce (for Chicken Marinade)

Ingredients

1 cup Eoss Natural Yoghurt
1 clove of crushed Garlic
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Drizzle of Rio Vista Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Method

Place all ingredients in a bowl
Mix well
Chill before coating chicken fillets

Grilled Chicken Yoghurt Marinade

Ingredients

200g Eoss Natural Yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon Chinese Five-Spice Powder
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 clove of crushed Garlic
1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Method

Pre-heat oven to 180c
Mix all ingredients into a large bowl
Coat 4 chicken breasts in the yoghurt marinade
Leave in refrigerator for 2 hours
In a hot pan, cook fillets for 2 minutes on each side
Bake in oven for 20 minutes

Dill and Yoghurt Sauce

Ingredients

Place all ingredients into a food processor (except salt & pepper)
Run food processor until all ingredients are well blended & smooth
Test for salt & pepper
Transfer into serving bowl, cover & refrigerate
Serve on top of chicken or with flatbread.
