Grilled Chicken Yoghurt Marinade with Yoghurt Sauce
Yoghurt Sauce (for Chicken Marinade)
1 cup EOSS Natural Yoghurt
1 clove of crushed Garlic
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Drizzle of Rio Vista Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Grilled Chicken Yoghurt Marinade
200g Eoss Natural Yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon Chinese Five-Spice Powder
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 clove of crushed Garlic
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Dill and Yoghurt Sauce
Place all ingredients into a food processor (except salt & pepper)
Run food processor until all ingredients are well blended & smooth
Test for salt & pepper
Transfer into serving bowl, cover & refrigerate
Serve on top of chicken or with flatbread.
Yoghurt Sauce (for Chicken Marinade)
Place all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well.
Chill before coating chicken. fillets.

Pre-heat oven to 180c.
Mix all ingredients into a large bowl.
Coat 4 chicken breasts in the yoghurt marinade.
Leave in refrigerator for 2 hours.
In a hot pan, cook fillets for 2 minutes on each side.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
