Ingredients

1/2 cup Eoss Natural Yoghurt
2 very ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup Rio Vista Olive Oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 cups plain flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method

Set oven to 180c.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl & mix well.
Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
Cool in tin for 10 minutes.
